Return & Refund Policy

At B3 Books Indore, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable shopping experience for our customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Books are eligible for return only if:

  • The book is received in a damaged condition.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

Requests for returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and proof of purchase.

Mandatory Proof Requirement

To claim any refund, replacement, shortage, damage, or incorrect product issue, customers must provide:

  • A clear parcel opening video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

  • The AWB/Shipping Label (tracking label) must be clearly visible in the video before opening the parcel.

  • The video must be continuous and unedited.

Claims regarding damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective products may not be accepted without a valid parcel opening video.

Customers must provide order details along with photographs and videos of the issue.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


2. Damages and Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged book

  • A defective product

  • A wrong item

Contact us within 3 days of delivery along with the parcel opening video and supporting photographs so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Current Affairs books

  • Used books

  • Books damaged after delivery

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Special-order or customized products


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only in cases where:

  • A wrong product has been delivered.

  • A damaged product has been received.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement subject to stock availability.


5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Banks and payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount.

Important

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund requests without the required parcel opening video may be rejected.

  • Refunds will only be processed after verification of the returned product.


6. Partial COD (Advance Payment) Policy

For Partial COD orders:

  • The advance payment is strictly non-refundable.

  • Order cancellation is not allowed after the advance payment is made, even if the order has not yet been shipped.

  • If the customer cancels the order or refuses delivery, the advance amount will be forfeited.

Exceptions

Advance payments will be refunded only if a verified mistake occurs from our side, including:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Product unavailable after order confirmation
