At B3 Books Indore, we strive to ensure safe, timely, and reliable delivery of books across India.
1. Shipping Coverage
We offer delivery services across all locations in India through trusted third-party courier partners.
2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Orders are generally dispatched within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Indore: Same-day delivery is available for eligible orders.
- Metro cities: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Other regions: Estimated delivery within 6–12 business days after dispatch.
Business days exclude Sundays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working business day.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, are clearly displayed at the checkout page before order confirmation.
4. Responsibility & Liability
Once an order is dispatched, tracking details are shared with the customer.
B3 Books is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In case of lost, delayed, or undelivered shipments, we will provide reasonable assistance in raising and following up claims with the courier service, subject to the courier partner's policies.
5. Working Days
Our online order processing and dispatch operations are conducted Monday to Saturday.
On Sundays, courier partners (including Delhivery and other logistics providers) do not provide pickup services, so orders are not dispatched on Sundays.
Our physical store remains open on Sundays, and customers can visit the store to make purchases. Any online orders placed on Sundays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Orders may also experience processing delays on national holidays and bank holidays when courier services are unavailable.
